1 DAY - PAD WORK COURSE: £135
An intensive 1 day (5 hour course) for trainers and instructors that are only interested in learning Padwork technique. This course will teach you everything you need to know when training a client using the punch pads. The course will include:
- Quick overviewof the 6 basic punches
- Various pad combinations
- Skills to start constructing your own boxing combinations
